Design of Tooling & Components

We currently subcontract work to some of the leading tool & components designers in the industry. We also do in-house design of Injection Moulds, Press Tools and Forming Tools.

Machinery / Technology

Since the end of 2003, De Sa have the latest machine packages with some of the latest VMC's machines and a turning CNC. Our company policy is to keep our machining packages fully updated so as to tackle complex work with tight tolerance, good finishing and good lead times.

 

ISO 9001 : 2000

We are currently in the process of implementing

 
quality assurance by putting in place ISO 9001 : 2000 quality management for the toolroom, production and assembly sectors of the company. De Sa Industries have taken on 1400 square metres for this reason, so that the production floor can be monitored at all times.
